1. Standard diameter (single drum/double drum share the main shaft diameter)
Standard series: φ 3.2, φ 4.0, φ 4.8 and φ 6.4 (most commonly used).
Minority customization: φ 2.4, φ 5.0, φ 8.0 (for heavy equipment)

2. Standard head type (single drum and double drum)
Round head (flat round head): universal sheet metal, cabinet and frame.
90/120 countersunk head: smooth appearance, decorative panel and interior decoration.
Large brim (wide flange): plastic, glass fiber and thin plate are anti-crushing.
3. Material combination (common for both rivets)
Al-Fe, Fe (galvanized carbon steel), Al-stainless steel, all 304 stainless steel, all 316 stainless steel.

Third, the standard specifications of double-drum rivets (double-drum structure, two-stage bulging, larger riveting interval)
Double drum can compensate multi-layer, thickness difference and out-of-tolerance holes, with more optional lengths of the same diameter and wider riveting thickness range.
1. φ 3.2 double drum
Total length: 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14
Riveting thickness range: 1.0~4.5mm (1mm more than single drum)
2. φ 4.0 double drums (mainstream of automobile interior and household appliances)
Total length: 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18
Riveted plate thickness: 1.5~6.5mm, suitable for 2~3 laminated plates.
3. φ 4.8 double drum (explosion of chassis and vibration equipment)
Total length: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22
Riveted plate thickness: 2.0~10mm, which can make up for the interlayer gap of 0.5 ~ 1 mm.
4. φ 6.4 double drum (construction machinery, battery pack, heavy load)

Riveted plate thickness: 4.0~14mm, suitable for thick plate+composite layer.
Key dimension characteristics of double drum
After riveting, the front and rear double drums are formed: the front drum is ≈1.6 times the rod diameter, and the rear drum is ≈2.1 times the rod diameter. The tension and shear resistance are 20%~40% higher than that of a single drum of the same specification.
Selection reference
Single sheet, uniform thickness and low cost: single drum 3.2/4.0.
Multi-layered plate, vibration condition, plastic/glass fiber and poor hole accuracy: double drum 4.0/4.8.
Heavy frame, new energy battery pack and construction machinery: unified double drum φ 6.4.
